After The Exit Support Group
A 5-week online support group for people navigating the long tail of recovery after leaving a high-control or cultic church, group, or spiritually abusive faith community.
This group is for you if:
You've left but you're still carrying the weight of what happened
You're struggling with identity, shame, or grief months or years after exit
You feel stuck between who you were and who you're becoming
You're navigating family estrangement, shunning, or ongoing pressure to return
You need community with people who understand the long, messy work of recovery
